P&M was founded in 2003 in the form of an Associated Engineering Firm from the desire of three young university researchers to offer the business world the innovative tools normally used in major Italian and world universities. For this reason, the P&M Associated Firm begins to carry out engineering consultancy through CAD design, FEM and CFM analysis, multi-objective optimization, RAMS analysis and more in various product sectors.

Through the services offered, both to small and medium-sized enterprises and to large industrial players, the firm gains the trust of its customers, starting to receive requests for support in the field of testing on new products, in the automotive, agro-mechanics and food and beverage sector. For this reason, P&M snc was born in 2009, alongside the Associated Firm, with the aim of selling test benches and custom measuring instruments able to support our customers both in the R&D and in the V&V phase. From 2009 to 2014, innovative test benches and measuring instruments were successfully created, applied to the traditional operating sectors already known to the Studio Associato, as well as in new sectors such as railways and sailing.

Given the growing demand from the market, in 2014 P&M decided to extend its production to process automation machines. Thus begins a journey in which consolidated metrological and diagnostic skills merge with those of automatic process management, giving life not only to increasingly complete and complex test benches, but also to fully automatic machines for the realization of modern industrial processes. Robotic manipulation, laser welding, brazing, gluing and automatic curing of glues, automatic tapping are only some examples of the processes included in our automatic solutions.

Thanks to the work done and the constant growth, in 2021 the company turns into P&M Engineering srl, which, in synergy with Studio Associato P&M, fully operational, proposes itself to the market with competence, trustiness and professionalism, providing technologically advanced machinery, for process or product innovation. In them, our hallmark is represented by the ability to create custom technical solutions in which there is a perfect fusion between automation and process control.
